This is the flagship master-planned development of North Las Vegas. It has 1,165 acres to be dedicated to residential and 100 acres for commercial development. Amenities include an 18-hole championship golf course, parks, and a 24-mile trail system.
An upscale development by Del Webb, Anthem is located high in the hills of the McCullough mountains, 2,525 acres, with spectacular views of the Las Vegas Valley. Developments within the Anthem master plan include Anthem Highlands, Anthem Country Club and Coventry at Anthem.
Locate on approximately 550 acres, this is one of the smaller gated, golf course communities. There is a wide range of home availability with prices ranging from the higher $200,000′s to well into the millions. Most homes were built between 1989 and 1995. Good infrastructure, 6 miles from the strip and 2 miles east of Summerlin.
A lovely master planned community featuring gated and non-gated neighborhoods. Some of the neighborhoods have their own community amenities. For residents that prefer a more maintenance free lifestyle, there is a townhome community

Iron Mountain Ranch
When complete, it will have 1,700 homes, a European style spa and a major resort/casino. It is close to the Red Rock National Conservation Area, Silverstone Golf Club and Aliante Golf Club.
Lake Las Vegas
Located just minutes from Lake Mead, in Henderson, this 2,243 acre community offers 2 golf courses, custom homes and home sites, 2 major resort/casinos, shops, a beach, marina, Yacht Club and fitness club.
This is a guard gated golf course community located north of Lone Mountain Rd. This is the most affordable of all the golf course communities in Las Vegas. There are age restricted and non age restricted areas here. Along with the golf course, the amenities include 2 pools (one for adults, one for children), clubhouse, tennis courts and a recreation center. This community is well worth considering is you like a country club environment and are on a budget.
This is a newer planned community in the far northwest. It features 10 communities with 4 wooded parks, pathways and ponds. Some of these communities are gated and some are not. It is located in North Las Vegas, just east of Decatur and off of Farm Rd. All home here were built between 2000 and 2002. They range from just over 1,000 sq. ft. to over 4,000 sq. ft. This community sold out quite quickly, in my opinion.
Overlooks the valley from the southeast corner of Henderson. 3,200 acres with 4 villages. Dragon Ridge Country Club, with an 18 hole championship golf course, walking trails, parks and 24 hour Guard Gate. This is a very private community.
A 3,500 acre community that when full developed, will offer 4 elementary schools, 2 middle schools, a high school, a fire station, shopping centers and restaurants, with more than 500 acres designated for parks and trails. Developers are taking great care to maintain as much of the surrounding landscape of the area as possible.
Nevada Trails is an established community with 23 acres of parks and 10 acres of trails. Residents enjoy the palm-lined entry, parks and walking trails, as well as the home exteriors and features such as courtyards and single-story designs.
Located directly north across Sahara Ave. from The Lakes and directly east of Summerlin, this community is networked with green-belts and walking paths. This community is built-out, with the exception of “Queensridge”, which features higher end product and custom homes.
One of seven custom home neighborhoods located within the prestigious community of The Ridges in Summerlin. Promontory was the first neighborhood built in The Ridges, and features some of the largest homes in the community. Approx. 59 homes in Promontory, many with views of the Strip.

The community of Rancho Bel Air is considered a vintage Las Vegas neighborhood even though there are new construction homes inside. Rancho Bel Air is located near the middle of the Las Vegas valley, only a few minutes from the Las Vegas strip and downtown Las Vegas.
Rancho Las Palmas
This 600 acre master planned community is adjacent to the eight-acre Hidden Palms Park. Rancho Las Palmas is located just west of Green Valley in the southeast area of Las Vegas. There are two subdivisions to choose from, Stone Creek and Tamarack built by Pardee with the Energy Star rating.
Red Rock Country Club
