Aliante
This is the flagship master-planned development of North Las Vegas. It has 1,165 acres to be dedicated to residential and 100 acres for commercial development. Amenities include an 18-hole championship golf course, parks, and a 24-mile trail system.
Anthem
An upscale development by Del Webb, Anthem is located high in the hills of the McCullough mountains, 2,525 acres, with spectacular views of the Las Vegas Valley. Developments within the Anthem master plan include Anthem Highlands, Anthem Country Club and Coventry at Anthem.
Canyon Gate
Locate on approximately 550 acres, this is one of the smaller gated, golf course communities. There is a wide range of home availability with prices ranging from the higher $200,000′s to well into the millions. Most homes were built between 1989 and 1995. Good infrastructure, 6 miles from the strip and 2 miles east of Summerlin.
Coronado Ranch
A lovely master planned community featuring gated and non-gated neighborhoods. Some of the neighborhoods have their own community amenities. For residents that prefer a more maintenance free lifestyle, there is a townhome community
Desert Shores
Located just north and east of Summerlin, this community features manmade lakes that are very accessible and stocked for fishing. Condo’s, lakefront homes, gated communities, and moderately priced to higher end tract homes are available here.
Green Valley Ranch
Nestled in the foothills of the Black Mountains and masterfully designed on 1,311 acres, this community is peaceful and clean, with easy access to I-215. The area is in close proximity to The District at Green Valley Ranch and the Henderson Multigenerational Center.
Inspirada
Located in the southern foothills of the Las Vegas Valley, this community features a diverse blend of architectural styles. The residential villages feature choices from brownstones to estate homes that surround a city center filled with restaurants, shops, offices and other commercial amenities.
Iron Mountain Ranch
When complete, it will have 1,700 homes, a European style spa and a major resort/casino. It is close to the Red Rock National Conservation Area, Silverstone Golf Club and Aliante Golf Club.
Lake Las Vegas
Located just minutes from Lake Mead, in Henderson, this 2,243 acre community offers 2 golf courses, custom homes and home sites, 2 major resort/casinos, shops, a beach, marina, Yacht Club and fitness club.
Los Prado
This is a guard gated golf course community located north of Lone Mountain Rd. This is the most affordable of all the golf course communities in Las Vegas. There are age restricted and non age restricted areas here. Along with the golf course, the amenities include 2 pools (one for adults, one for children), clubhouse, tennis courts and a recreation center. This community is well worth considering is you like a country club environment and are on a budget.
Lynbrook
This is a newer planned community in the far northwest. It features 10 communities with 4 wooded parks, pathways and ponds. Some of these communities are gated and some are not. It is located in North Las Vegas, just east of Decatur and off of Farm Rd. All home here were built between 2000 and 2002. They range from just over 1,000 sq. ft. to over 4,000 sq. ft. This community sold out quite quickly, in my opinion.
MacDonald Highlands
Overlooks the valley from the southeast corner of Henderson. 3,200 acres with 4 villages. Dragon Ridge Country Club, with an 18 hole championship golf course, walking trails, parks and 24 hour Guard Gate. This is a very private community.
Mountains Edge
A 3,500 acre community that when full developed, will offer 4 elementary schools, 2 middle schools, a high school, a fire station, shopping centers and restaurants, with more than 500 acres designated for parks and trails. Developers are taking great care to maintain as much of the surrounding landscape of the area as possible.
Nevada Trails
Nevada Trails is an established community with 23 acres of parks and 10 acres of trails. Residents enjoy the palm-lined entry, parks and walking trails, as well as the home exteriors and features such as courtyards and single-story designs.
Peccole Ranch
Located directly north across Sahara Ave. from The Lakes and directly east of Summerlin, this community is networked with green-belts and walking paths. This community is built-out, with the exception of “Queensridge”, which features higher end product and custom homes.
Promontory
One of seven custom home neighborhoods located within the prestigious community of The Ridges in Summerlin. Promontory was the first neighborhood built in The Ridges, and features some of the largest homes in the community. Approx. 59 homes in Promontory, many with views of the Strip.
Providence
Providence is located on 1,200 acres in the upper west side of the Las Vegas Valley. Ideally situated on a high valley shelf with a Las Vegas has NO PERSONAL INCOME TAX. There is no state income, inheritance, gift or estate taxes. Dramatic mountain backdrop to the west and spectacular city lights to the east, Providence boasts a setting unmatched by any other master planned community. Painted Desert
This community is located in the northwest, just south and west of the I95 and Ann Rd. It comprises around 1,500 homes, townhomes and condos on 460 acres.
Queensridge
Set against the back drop of Red Rock Canyon on the west side of Las Vegas this community is surrounded by the Badlands Golf Course. Community features include: spa, swimming pools, tennis courts, child play area, exercise facilities, and an exclusive club & fitness center.
Rancho Bel Air
The community of Rancho Bel Air is considered a vintage Las Vegas neighborhood even though there are new construction homes inside. Rancho Bel Air is located near the middle of the Las Vegas valley, only a few minutes from the Las Vegas strip and downtown Las Vegas.
Rancho Las Palmas
This 600 acre master planned community is adjacent to the eight-acre Hidden Palms Park. Rancho Las Palmas is located just west of Green Valley in the southeast area of Las Vegas. There are two subdivisions to choose from, Stone Creek and Tamarack built by Pardee with the Energy Star rating.
Red Rock Country Club
Red Rock composes 735-acres of exclusive and personalized homes and features two 18-hole golf courses designed by Arnold Palmer. Red Rock Country Club covers 42,000 square feet, and borders the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, providing panoramic views of the Las Vegas valley. The clubhouse features recreational and social pursuits, including an aquatic center, fitness facility and tennis center.

Residents of Roma Hills enjoy the security and convenience of the guard-gated, master-planned community.
Seven Hills
Located in the Southeast of the valley in Henderson, A 1,300 acre community high above the city offering 2500 homes surrounded by business parks and shopping, there are golf course homes, a 27 hole golf course, clubhouse, tennis and a 2,000 seat stadium.
Southern Highlands
Located in the southwestern valley, with easy access to I-215, the “strip” . Many homes are being built on the Golf Course, which features a 42,000 s.f. clubhouse with library, wine room, dining and shops. The north end is “The Estates”, centered around the Southern Highlands Golf & Country Club. The south end of the community is “The Villages at Southern Highlands” and/or golf course.
Silverstone Ranch
Golf Course community is developed by Pulte in the Far Northwest part of the valley. Six collections of homes ranging from 1,348 to 3,448 sq. ft. Surrounds the Silverstone Golf Club.
Spanish Trail
Spanish Trail nestled in the foothills just minutes away from the dazzling neon of the Las Vegas Strip, a luxurious, fully established, gate-guarded 640-acre master planned community, home of the magnificent Spanish Trail Golf and Country Club.
Stallion Mountain
Amaster planned golf course community located just off of East Flamingo, adjacent to Sunrise Manor. Home choices in Stallion Mountain will feature new construction from Pulte Homes, or resale’s in the existing communities of the Links, the Enclave, the Fairways and Greens. Stallion Mountain condos are also available in the Blackhorse condominium complex.
Summerlin
Located on the West foothills of the valley. Summerlin is unfolding in villages, each centered around its own major park, golf course or major amenity. Currently, there are 17 villages, eventually; the community will be home to 30 villages. Each Summerlin village has its own distinctive style of architecture and design, evident in streetscapes, landscaping and village walls.
The Lakes
Located directly west of the Las Vegas Strip off Sahara Ave. Features lakefront properties, tract homes and condo’s. This is a mature community with most of the construction completed is the 80′s. Some building of custom homes has continued. It has a lot of esthetic appeal with lakes, jogging trails and such.
