AM Realty specializes in property management of single-family homes, condominiums, high rise condominiums, and townhomes.
We are a Full Service property management company. We handle everything from finding a tenant for your home, collecting rents, coordinating maintenance and repair to processing Evictions when needed. We have an experienced and knowledgeable staff to manage your investment.
AM Realty Property Management Fee is usually 8% of the gross monthly rent with a minimum of $80. This fee covers the majority of monthly management and accounting responsibilities. The fee excludes services such as : tenant placement, repairs, evictions, etc.
Maintenance / Repairs: AM Realty does not charge our clients to coordinate repairs with contractors. This service is included in the monthly management fee.
No Advertising Fee: We do not charge extra for online advertising and marketing.
Marketing: Signs, MLS, Review Journal, REALTOR.com and other rental sites
Accounting: We will keep a maintenance log and rent roll. Rent payment will be sent out, post marked, to landlord by the 10th of each month.
Tenant Screening: To reduce the risk of having to perform an eviction, we have the following tenant screening systems and checklists in place:

- Criminal Background Check
- Employment Verification
- Income Verification
- Rental History Verification
The most common reason for property manager to evict a tenant would have to follow through with an eviction is due to non-payment of rent.
However, there are many scenarios where a property manager or landlord is forced into taking the final action of evicting a tenant.
